Véraison is that magic moment when the fresh green colour of the grapes becomes a rich greeny gold, transforming the Hawke's Bay valleys into harvest heaven.

I used a complementary palette of green golds and maroons to suggest the rich buttery flavours to come. All artist quality paints on a professional grade, NZ-made stretched canvas.
