It's not easy to say goodbye, but after nine months of hard work the following committee members  are not seeking re-election Robbie Graham (Chairperson), Lew Graham (Treasurer), Judith Alexander-Graham (Secretary), Jo Rankin (Committee member)  and Rod Rankin (Co-opted Committee member).

As you know the current committee put themselves forward and were elected at the SGM in November 2018. Their actions were motivated by a determination to see the Queen's Birthday Weekend Art Trail survive and thrive - which they did in spades - delivering one of the most successful art trails yet. However as busy artists with  family obligations they are unable to continue as committee members going into the 2019 -2020 year.

To continue, we will need members to put their names forward for the committee. We have indications of support from two eligible members , but we need at least two or three more! Can you help?

To be eligible to be nominated for the Taupō Art Connection Inc committee, a person must be a financial member of Taupō Art Connection Inc. To become a financial member you must complete a member application form and have your application approved by the committee pursuant to Taupō Art Connection Inc rule 12.3 . The deadline to submit an application to become a member ( if you are interested in standing for the committee) is 4pm August 1, 2019 as the final committee meeting prior to the AGM will take place at 5.30pm on this date.
